This Privacy Policy explains how Muve-it Inc. (“Muve-it”, “us” or “we”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, safeguards and retains your Personal Information. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use our website, services or products.

Welcome to Muve-it, owned and operated by Muve-it Inc. By using or accessing www.Muve-it.com (the “Site”) or our software or services, you agree that you will comply with and are bound by the following terms and
conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”), you may not use our Site, software or services. These terms and conditions may be modified or superseded by separate agreements with you (in
particular as they may relate to software or services provided to you), in which case the terms and conditions set out in such separate agreement will prevail to the extent of any conflict.
The term “Muve-it”, “we”, or “our” refers to Muve-it Inc. and any of its affiliates that are authorized to use Muve-its name or trademarks. The term “you” refers to the users of our services or viewers of our Site. The term “services” includes, without limitation, use of our Site or software.
Our software may be distributed with third party software components. Users are subject to the user agreements governing the use of such third party software components. You must ensure that your use of our Site, software and services does not violate these terms. By using our services, you: (1) represent you are at least sixteen (16) years of age; and (2) agree that you are subject to our Privacy Policy.
Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information, other than business contact information, about an identifiable individual. You should exercise discretion when disclosing your Personal Information to us, and should not disclose sensitive or confidential information that you wish to remain private.
When using the Muve-it application it will require the use of the following permissions when running: Location, Camera, Notifications and Storage

Location
Once you have downloaded the Muve-it app. The Muve-it app will request permission to use your location data
While logged into the Muve-it app the app collects location data to enable users to locate drivers upon request as well, enables drivers of the Muve-It app to locate customers upon request. The use of Location data will provide Realtime monitoring during an active requested service call.
Muve-it collects precise or approximate location data from drivers’ mobile devices when the Muve-it app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
We further collect precise or approximate location information from users/customers mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.

Muve-it collects such data from the time a Service Call is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen).

Precise location data collected from a driver’s device during a trip is linked to the users/customers account, even if the users/customers has not enabled precise location data to be collected from their device. This data is
used for purposes such as receipt generation, customer support, fraud detection, insurance.

Camera: Once you have downloaded the Muve-it app. The Muve-it app will request permission to use your Camara.

The Camera will allow the user to capture images of items they would like transported. It will further provide confirmation images of items when moved to final destination.

Notification: Once you have downloaded the Muve-it app. The Muve-it app will request permission to provide you with notifications. These notifications will advise of service call intervals along with direct in app communication between current customer and driver

Storage: Once you have downloaded the Muve-it app, the Muve-it app will request permission to access storage. This permission will allow efficient communication and hold small amounts of
data required to run your service call.

Application
​
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that we collect when you use our website or services, and the public Personal Information that we may collect from third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or other entities that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage. Any Personal Information that you supply, or authorize us to supply to any third parties is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.

Collection and Use

Some examples of the types of information that we may collect include but are not limited to:

(i) contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address;
(ii) usage information and history, such as your usernames, internet protocol (IP) addresses, support ticket history, and website usage information;
(iii) meaningless but unique numbers (MBUN); and
(iv) persistent anonymous identifiers (PAI).
We will collect and use your Personal Information in connection with the provision of products and services from our website including:
(i) delivery of our services, such as our authentication service(s) or our identity service(s),
(ii) carrying out transactions that you have requested, (iii) for billing purposes,
(iv) in order to communicate with you about new products and services, and
promotional offers
(v) to prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities, and
(vi) managing recruitment and employment relationships.
We may use your Personal Information, in conjunction with information available from third parties, to provide the complete functionality of our services.
